Our second Warner weekend! This time was at Heythrop Park . The place was huge ! The room was a ‘Deluxe’ it was very clean with plenty of space for two of us. The shower was great ! Housekeeping was great it was sorted everyday and the young lady was so friendly ( sorry can’t remember her name ) . There was so much going on with daytime activities. The main reason we came was for the music The weekend was a ‘Tribute Festival’ we were impressed!! Saw an ELO tribute Friday evening, Good , the singer who sang before and after (James Laughlin ) was very talented with great audience rapport. Saturday we saw a Sting tribute who was really good then in the evening ‘Essentially Elton ‘ This was outstanding!! I’ve seen the real Elton John and frankly THIS GUY WAS BETTER!! ( More in tune and could still reach the high notes) Sunday we saw tributes to Annie Lennox, Cher and Madonna again all great and better than expected!! Bar staff in the Late lounge were great. The guy who got me the Tequila’s was a great fun and helpful character !! The food was very good we actually preferred the Kitchen garden ( Buffet meals) The food and service were good ! Special mention for ‘Yulia ‘ who looked after us so well and helped with some mess I made (!) .. Overall a great weekend!! Note to WARNER ! Thanks for a wonderful weekend please keep booking these acts they were great Although, we do think the food we had at Holme Lacey ( last august) was actually slightly better ! They won my Sunday roast award ! The staff at Heythrop were all so friendly helpful and professional! We will be trying another Warner weekend soonish Thank you !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check in for us easy as we got there early. Some rooms small and showing wear and tear. Choosing which restaurant to eat in and your menu choice should ensure a good meal. Our party of 5 was a bit hit and miss. Loads of walking between spa, main house and rooms. Not for the faint of heart. Our entertainment was mediocre. Spa treatments very relaxing. Service generally good but a wait even in empty tea room a bit annoying. No cash taken here. Daily accounts sent to your email so you can check what you spend. Not sure I would visit again because of small room. Main house rooms were bigger but had other issues.

fabulous place for a break. Great service. Friendly staff. Beautiful and well maintained hotel and grounds. A mix of regal history and modern elegance. Entertainment is very good in evenings. 3 restaurants with good food. Lots of places and rooms to escape to. Particularly enjoyed the games room. Fabulous spa area. and pool. 18 hole golf course on site as well. Would definitely recommend and return.

We took our mum to Heythrop for her 80th birthday. We all really enjoyed it and mum felt super special! Our rooms were lively and clean with plenty if space, we slept really well. Food was great, lots of choice and sevice was great. When we wanted to swim we had to be added to a waiting list but we could do this from the room and then get ready to leave for the spa area, by the rime we got there and waited for a little bit we were allowed in, they cap the number of people in so it isnt crowded. They had a lovely pool, sauna and steam room, the 2 jacuzzis are outside. We didnt see any entertainment for our 1 night stay as we were happy relaxing and enjoying each other's company in one of the many lounge areas. This is my 2nd warners stay and we intend to book many more. It was our mums first warners stay and she will also be returning. We have Nidd hall to go to this August and looking forward to it

Me and my wife eagerly returned to Heythropp after a visit this time last year. This time there were 4 of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Much deserved shout outs to Ryan who again, kept us entertained with his amusing afternoon quizzes, and to all the evening staff in The Travelling Duke Restaurant, especially Ben, who looked after us really well both evenings, very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for him, big THANKS. The entertainment each evening was good. Lovely rooms, good food, good service, no waiting, more than enough to do, lovely grounds (particularly as the weather was kind/first sign of Spring).

I had a weekend end stay here with family which was a 80's theme weekend as a birthday treat . Everything was first class . We stayed in the south wing and the accommodation was perfect and well sound proofed . Food was great with three different restaurants to choose from ( we did prebook are eating location and times when we booked which worked well ) All the staff were friendly and helpful . Activates going on all day , some free or some at a small extra cost but well worth it . Top class evening entertainment. Building itself is a nice combination of new with old done in a very tasteful way . Fully recommend and would definitely go again .

Firstly to note that check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. So you do not even get 24 hours for what you pay for BUT we thought we would arrive in the morning and just look at the ground area. When we arrived even though we could not get our room until 3pm we were still aloud to use all the facilities. So as its also a spa hotel we thought we would go to the spa but when we got there the spa staff said it was to full capacity and its first come first serve and there were 5 infront of us and could be waiting a couple of hours . So we said can we put our names down and go for a drink and come back , the staff said no as we had to wait in the spa area if we wanted to use the spa and wait our turn. So we thought we could be wasting most of the day sitting and waiting to go to use the spa so we decided to go and come back and hope to be able to get in a bit later. So after a couple of hours we went back and were told no one was waiting now and we would be next . So we waited in the spa area and still had to wait 45 minutes before they said we could go in the spa. So for how big the this beautiful place is and how many people can stay here the spa is inadequate for the amount of people who stay. The setting is stunning and the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are also beautiful we stayed in the south wing room 308 and it was clean and nice size. Most spa hotels that we have stayed in provides robes but our delux room never had robes to use for the spa so make sure yoh bring your own robe as our room never had any . We also had breakfast and dinner with our 1 night stay and that was lovely . We ate breakfast in the travelling duke and was served by Alysha, she was amazing and she is a credit to this hotel. She was very attentive to people's needs and knew her job well. Even though we didn't get to see alot of the grounds due to waiting to get into use the spa facilities we still had a great night of entertainment . I do think the sign posts to show you where everything is needs to be more dominant as we saw alot of people getting confused with the signs . We had to ask staff on some occasions as the little arrows that showed certain areas were not as clear as they could be. So what we paid for the room for less than 24 hours 3pm until 10am was definitely not worth the value for money as the majority of the time we were checking and waiting to try and use the spa. Plenty of seating areas to sit in different areas of the hotel.

We visited for afternoon tea. The location and surroundings are beautiful and the buildings are stunning. Service was great, we were left to chat and enjoy but someone was there if and when we needed them. They were all polite and friendly. The afternoon tea itself was delicious, a good selection plenty of it and well presented. We had a lovely day celebrating my best friends 50th birthday and would highly recommend!
